EVENT INFORMATION

Things to know when attending a community program at Urban Adamah.

Urban Adamah and persons designated by Urban Adamah may photograph in-person programs or record/screenshot virtual programs. These recordings or photos may be used by Urban Adamah, at its discretion, for marketing and/or development purposes.

Our policy depends on the COVID-19 hospital admission level in Alameda County:

  • Low & Medium: masks are not required indoors
  • High: masks are required indoors

For current levels, visit COVID Act Now.

Please note, depending on the event, facilitators, and most recent recommendations from the CDC and Alameda county,  this policy is subject to change.

Urban Adamah’s campus is fully compliant with ADA guidelines and we ask for your support in keeping this event scent free. Most paths on the site, except those that are in growing fields, are made of decomposed granite (DG) which supports wheelchairs well except when there is heavy rain. Parking in our lot is limited so if you do not need accessible parking, please consider arriving early to find street parking, carpooling with friends, or taking public transportation! Please visit our accessibility page for more information and email events@urbanadamah.org with any specific questions or requests.

Urban Adamah strives to offer programming that is accessible to our community. Thanks to the financial support we receive from individuals and foundations, we are able to offer this series for a sliding scale. If you are able to register at the higher end, your contribution will directly support the financial accessibility of another participant. If you are in need of financial assistance or would like to make a “pay it forward” contribution so another guest can attend for free, please email events@urbanadmah.org.
