* A Note On Our Site *
We have begun construction for a brand new Community Hall! This beautiful addition to the farm will increase our capacity for events, rentals, and special celebrations. Construction is scheduled between September 2022 — May 2023. The current tent and other indoor program spaces are still available for programs and rentals, but capacity, event logistics, and equipment availability are subject to change during this time.

What's included?


* Our indoor spaces are subject to availability and capacity is subject to change based on local and State Public Health Recommendation and best practices in regard to COVID- 19.


Celebration rentals are $4,800 for eight hours of exclusive use of our entire campus. The entire rental period includes all setup and breakdown time. The last hour of rental period is reserved for cleanup and any additional time may be added for $350 per hour. There is a $500 per hour over-time rental fee.


Urban Adamah offers use of the following equipment at no additional charge. Items are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance of the event.

1 – eight channel PA system
– microphones & mic stands
15 – two by six foot folding tables
120 – folding chairs
– portable projector
1 – projector screen
– collapsible flip chart easel
1 – whiteboard

Rental Notes

Additional time may be added for $350 per hour.

There is a $2,000 refundable damage and cleanliness deposit.

Event liability insurance for up to $1M in coverage is required. Rental groups may add Urban Adamah as additionally insured to their previously existing policies or purchase event liability insurance for their specific event.

Urban Adamah is committed to operating our campus with as little negative environmental impact as possible. This fee helps cover the cost of environmental projects on site and is added to the final rental fee. In 2016 – 2017, we installed enough solar panels on site to cover 100% of our annual electricity needs. Using funds collected from our rental program, we completed a site-wide grey water system that diverts used shower and laundry water from the Camp Street Residence to our perennial plants. This system saves us more than 20,000 gallons of water per year. Thank you for helping us make a difference.

Reserve the Urban Adamah campus for the entire weekend and invite your guests to sleep on-site. Your group will have exclusive use of the campus including one or both of our residential buildings.

The fee for our celebration weekend package is $14,500. This fee covers full and exclusive use of our campus from Friday at 3:00 PM – Sunday at 1:00 PM.
