Hi, I’m Miri and I’m excited to be serving as Urban Adamah’s Young Adult Program Manager. For over a decade, my work has been devoted towards cultivating meaningful relationships with and through the wild. It’s guided my career across environmental and wilderness education, clinical fieldwork and community leadership.

Most recently, I spent four years designing and directing Mahaz, a Jewish farming fellowship that integrated land stewardship, ancestral skill building, and personal development. My work has also taken me into the backcountry trails of Vermont and Colorado, where I served as a lead field guide supporting emotional resilience through outdoor immersion. I hold a certification in Adventure Therapy from the Wingate Institute and am a certified Wilderness First Responder. I am guided by a trust in the natural world as a powerful space for joy, transformation, play, and authentic connection.

In my spare time, you can find me throwing clay on a wheel, riding my bike, scouting for the best ice cream in town, or tending to one of my many unfinished craft projects!
