Hi, I’m Elizabeth and I’m beyond excited to join the team at Urban Adamah as the Office and Operations Manager! It’s my goal to assist the team in all ways so they can focus on doing the work to uphold the values and mission of Urban Adamah.

My journey to Urban Adamah began with a fellowship at a similar farm before moving to the Bay Area, where I developed my knowledge of permaculture and Jewish agricultural traditions. This experience ignited my passion for the intersection of farming, community, and education that Urban Adamah embodies.

In my free time, you can find me spending time outside hiking and biking in the East Bay. I love to bake all things, but mostly bread. Cooking and feeding others is one of my love languages. If I’m not curled up with my cats, I’m most likely practicing piano.
