Ari became involved with the farm in 2015 when he completed the Fellowship and then Farm Apprentice programs, and he has been an active community member ever since. Urban Adamah is what drew Ari to the Bay and made the area his home.

Ari is a researcher and strategist with expertise in nonprofit consulting, strategic planning, and program evaluation. More recently, he’s focused on mitigating climate change and consulted with the Carbon Removal Standards Initiative.

He lives in Berkeley and spends his free time hiking, gardening, creating elaborate cooking projects, and singing aimlessly. He graduated with a B.A. in Physics from Washington University in St. Louis.
