Ari Eisen

Co-Chair

Ari has been part of the Urban Adamah community since 2015, when she participated in the young adult Fellowship. After the Fellowship, Ari served in a variety of roles on Urban Adamah’s professional team, including Youth Educator, Farm Apprentice, and most recently the Public Programs & Retreat Center Director.

Since transitioning off of Urban Adamah’s staff in 2020, Ari has continued her career in nonprofit leadership, both as a nonprofit founder and as a social impact strategy consultant. She currently works as a Senior Advisor to nonprofit founders at Multiplier, an incubator for environmental justice organizations. Ari has a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Global Health & Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan.
