Hi, I’m Anastasia. I found myself at Urban Adamah as a fellow in the Fall of 2019 after working on the health justice issues at a crisis shelter for young adults experiencing houselesness. I was searching for a space to breathe, recenter, and reinvestigate my values. At the farm, I was able to find the abundance and healing that regenerative farming can offer all living creatures, myself included.

I was welcomed to stay on the farm as a full-time farm team member, continuing my learning and contribution to this community. As a part of the farm team, I’m able to apply insights from my health and economic justice background to how the farm works to increase food security and environmental justice work here in the Bay.

When on the farm you can find me immersed in the perennials, tending to seedlings in the greenhouse, or loving on the goats. I look forward to sharing the healing beauty and the abundance of the farm with as many people as possible.
