Half or Full Day RENTALS

Planning a private event for your family, friends, or colleagues? The Urban Adamah campus is available for half-day (four hour) and full-day (eight hour) use.

* A Note On Our Site *
We have begun construction for a brand new Community Hall! This beautiful addition to the farm will increase our capacity for events, rentals, and special celebrations. Construction is scheduled between September 2022 — September 2023. The current tent and other indoor program spaces are still available for programs and rentals, but capacity, event logistics, and equipment availability are subject to change during this time.

Our spaces include a heated yurt, a semi-enclosed program tent, outdoor amphitheater, numerous outdoor gathering areas, and several shaded outdoor structures. The rates below cover groups of 25 people or fewer. There is an additional fee for groups larger than 25.

Half day rentals are 4 hours long and include access to all outdoor spaces. The use of our main tent and other indoor spaces may be available upon request and will be determined based on group size and gathering type.

Full day rentals are 8-hours long and include access to all outdoor spaces. The use of our main tent and other indoor spaces may be available upon request and will be determined based on group size and gathering  type.

Urban Adamah offers the use of equipment at no additional charge. Items are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance of the event.

Rental Notes

Daytime rates are for rentals that start and end between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. If a rental starts before 9:00 AM or ends after 5:00 PM, Night/Weekend rates apply.

Additional time of up to two hours may be added to half day rentals for $175 per hour ($90 per hour for small nonprofits).

For partial site rentals, use of the community kitchen may be added for an additional $125 per hour.

There is a $500 refundable damage and cleanliness deposit.

Event liability insurance for up to $1M in coverage is required. Rental groups may add Urban Adamah as additionally insured to their previously existing policies or purchase event liability insurance for their specific event.

Urban Adamah is committed to operating our campus with as little negative environmental impact as possible. This fee helps cover the cost of environmental projects on site and is added to the final rental fee. In 2016 – 2017, we installed enough solar panels on site to cover 100% of our annual electricity needs. Using funds collected from our rental program, we completed a site-wide grey water system that diverts used shower and laundry water from the Camp Street Residence to our perennial plants. This system saves us more than 20,000 gallons of water per year. Thank you for helping us make a difference.

Rental fees include an on-site Urban Adamah Site Host as well as use and setup of Urban Adamah’s event equipment (subject to availability). Rental times (4 hour or 8 hour blocks) are inclusive of all setup and breakdown needs.

Site rentals can include use of our heated 30′ diameter yurt, 30′ x 30′ program tent, fully equipped commercial kitchen, a large open lawn, barn and craft center, children’s garden, several shaded outdoor structures, and small gathering spaces across the gardens, farm, and orchard.

Rental fees reflect use for groups of up to 25 people. For some events, additional guests can be added for an extra fee.S
