Join us for yoga in the yurt with Ayelet Krieger. This is a gentle yoga class, especially good for beginners, and will focus on postures that help expand, open and relax the body. Class will also include a short meditation, and draw inspiration from the Jewish sources the encourage connection to body and breadth.
Class is suggested donation – $10 – $18. No one turned away for lack of funds. Please bring your own mat – we have a few extra, but cannot provide for all. The yoga class is 75 minutes, please arrive early to setup your mat. Bathrooms are available so people can change their clothes.
