Jewish Soul Medicine
March 22, 2017
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Dig deep into Jewish tradition with Urban Adamah and Arik Labowitz to discover Jewish soul medicine. The tree has always been a metaphor that is used to describe the Torah. The Jewish mystics however, preferred the metaphor of an orchard, wherein a person could explore and discover the many delights that feed their soul. The Chassidic Rebbes were true master tenders of this orchard, planting within the dense terrain transformative wisdom; soul medicine. Join us in these tumultuous times as we enter this timeless orchard to discover the medicine that we need right now.
Each class will begin with a nigun (wordless melody) and a short meditation. No Hebrew experience or otherwise necessary.
Classes will take place on Wednesdays 3/8, 3/22, (Sunday) 4/2 , 4/19, 5/3, 5/17, 6/7, and 6/14. Registration costs $20 per class or $120 for all eight classes.
