Havdalah Bonfire and 90’s Dance Party
Havdalah is the Hebrew word for “division” or “separation” and signifies the ritual marking the end of Shabbat. Join us as we rejuvenate our senses by smelling spices, noticing the candlelight reflected in our fingernails, and singing with community. After Havdalah, we’ll start the new week off right with a dance party! Expect all the tunes that make you want to groove and move your body.
8:00 pm – 9:15 pm- Bonfire and dancing to all your favorite 90’s jams
9:15 – 9:30 pm – Havdalah
9:30 – 11:00 pm – More dancing!
Drinks will be provided and please bring your favorite dessert or snack to share. This event is free in advance and $10 at the door. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. If you have any questions about the event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Accessibility Notes: Havdalah will be held in our ADA accessible gathering area and the dance party will be held in our heated and ADA accessible main tent. We have one accessible parking spot in our lot, however please leave time to find street parking if needed, as our lot fills up quickly. FM receivers are available for those hard of hearing.
