Urban Adamah collects personal information such as names, email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, credit card information (through Stripe), emergency contact information, and Social Security Numbers (for staff and contractors).

How We Use Your Information

The personal information collected by Urban Adamah is used for marketing, program registration, employee records, donation records, payment processing, and payroll processing. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Sharing

Urban Adamah only shares personal information with Stripe, our trusted payment processing partner, when individuals use credit cards for online program registration. Stripe securely handles all credit card information, and Urban Adamah staff cannot access this data. Urban Adamah does not share personal information with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.

Data Security

Urban Adamah takes appropriate measures to protect the personal information we collect. Employee and vendor files are only accessible to staff members who require access to perform their job duties. Program participant information is stored securely in Salesforce and/or Ontraport, with access restricted to authorized staff members. Non-sensitive personal data for staff, such as phone numbers and personal email addresses, are accessible only to other Urban Adamah staff members.

Data Privacy Management

Urban Adamah maintains access to phone numbers for text messaging and phone communication through Nextiva upon receiving verbal or written consent.
