Admission to Urban Adamah is rolling. We are currently reviewing applications for the Fall Season. All applications received by August 1 will be considered.
How to Submit Your Application
After you complete filling in the downloaded application, save it as a .pdf or .doc, with your first and last name in the title of the document, and send it in with your fee.
There are many parts to the application. Some parts must be e-mailed; some must be printed and sent via regular mail. For your application to be complete, we must have received all parts. It is your responsibility to make sure all parts are in. This includes the two letters of reference that must also be mailed hard copy to our office, or scanned and emailed.
Fees
The application fee is $36, which must be submitted by check or through paypal with submission of your application. If you are accepted into the fellowship and decide to participate, this fee will be subtracted from your fellowship fee.
The fellowship fee for the summer and fall 2011 fellowships is $1200. This covers housing, food, and educational expenses. Some scholarship funds are available for those who do not have the personal or family resources to pay the fellowship fee. The fellowship fee payment is due 40 days prior to the start of the program. It is 50% refundable up to four weeks prior to the start of the program. If a participant withdraws from the program less than four weeks prior to the start date, the fellowship fee is not refundable. There is also a $100 completely refundable security deposit fee that must be paid prior to the start of the fellowship.
