Eric Himmelfarb

Food Sourcing Manager

Summer 2011

After earning a Master’s in Food Studies at NYU and apprenticing on several urban farms in New York City, Eric now works as a Food Sourcing Manager at City Harvest, a non-profit food rescue organization in New York. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the NYU Food Studies Department, teaching Food in the Arts: the Poetic Voice.
